Annual Membership Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership Meeting of Petit Jean Electric Cooperative Corporation will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at the Cooperative headquarters in Clinton, Van Buren County, Arkansas, beginning at 1:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

1. To pass on reports for the previous fiscal year;
2. To elect two directors for the cooperative, to serve a term of five (5) years;
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
