Security Deposit Increases
According to the Arkansas Public Service Commission, your security deposit is subject to increase when:
- An account is not paid by the regular due date (14th) 2 months in a row.
- An account is not paid 3 times in a twelve-month period.
- A bill is not paid by the close of business on the date stated on the most recent Shut Off Notice.
