Help Us Build Petit Jean Electric’s Member Advisory Program

At Petit Jean Electric, your voice matters.

As a member-owned cooperative, we believe the best decisions are made when members have opportunities to share their ideas and perspectives. That's why we've been working to establish a Member Advisory Program: a group of members who will provide feedback, share ideas, and help us better serve our communities.

The idea for the Member Advisory Program came directly from our members. In a recent survey, many of you expressed an interest in having more opportunities to provide input on important cooperative topics beyond voting in the annual Board of Directors election. We listened, and we're following through on that feedback.

As we begin organizing the advisory program, we want your input on how it should be structured. Before selecting members or scheduling meetings, we'd like to hear what works best for you.

In the coming days, members with an email on file will receive an email with a link to a short survey. The survey will ask about your interest in serving in the Member Advisory Program, how often you think the group should meet, what meeting format you prefer, and what times are most convenient.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or trash folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you still can't find it, please contact our office, and we'll be happy to help.

If you're interested in serving in the advisory program, you'll also have the opportunity to provide your contact information for consideration.

Your feedback will help us create a Member Advisory Program that reflects the needs and preferences of the members we serve.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete the survey when you receive it. Your ideas and participation help make our cooperative stronger, and we look forward to working together to continue improving communication, transparency, and member engagement.

At Petit Jean Electric, we're committed to listening, learning, and serving our members.
