Petit Jean Electric employees were proud to volunteer yesterday and today at the 
Searcy County School District Fishing Derby held at Raccoon Springs Park in Marshall.
The event, sponsored by the Searcy County School District and Arkansas Game & Fish, gives local students in 3rd through 6th grade the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, learn about fishing, and spend time with friends and family.
Petit Jean Electric employees assisted throughout the derby while encouraging students and helping make the event a success. Community events like this create lasting memories for children while bringing people together in a positive and meaningful way.
